When i am sick i crave yogurt, water, fruit juice (not orange juice), bananas, diet ginger ale, and pancakes. So, i made gluten free pancakes, mostly as a sleep-aid. High-glycemic carbs cause my blood sugar to crash and i was up until 3am feeling like a box of ass last night/this morning and therefore desperately needed to sleep.
